IMPORTANT POWDER DISPENSING INSTRUCTIONS: Your loose powder applicator component will arrive in "L" Lock Position.  To use, remove the cap to fully expose the brush. To unlock and choose the desired setting, firmly hold the component with one hand, in the center area just below the brush, where powder volume numbers appear (1-5).  Then with the other hand, turn the base portion until the arrow points to the volume number that you would like dispensed.  The higher the number, the more powder will dispense. Tap several times on the back of your hand and begin application.  When done, slide the silver inner sleeve back up over brush, replace cap and slide down until you hear the snap closure. Return the dial to the "L" position until your next use.
