When I opened it, it was stuck to the mirror! What a MESS! Lost alot of product cleaning it up. Cute little compact - but not functionable! Put a PROTECTIVE film/cover over the product. OR putting it in a mirored lipstick tube (IDEAL!) A hint of the white lotus fragrance would be so nice! I agree w/some others, QUITE PRICEY! Other than that, I like how it feels on my lips. THIS PRODUCT COULD GO FAR, GIVEN SOME SMART PACKAGING CHANGES!

I have very sensitive skin and very sensitive lips. I am 28 years of age and I ordered the Wei East White Lotus lip balm to use as my daily lip moisturizer. I found it to be both tacky and drying to my lips. It also made them burn a bit. If you have a very sensitive lip area, this might not be for you. I plan to try the Wei East China Herbal lip perfection lip balm instead.

My GI system has been shutting down & is not absorbing nutrients. One of the many side effects are painful chapped lips & cracks in the corners of my mouth that NOTHING would heal. Recently while in the hospital, my mom brought the wrong beauty bag into me; her best mistake. It had this balm in it. My lips were so bad I just slathered it on & kept doing so. Within a few days the difference was so noticeable. In 2 weeks my lips were totally healed! Wei you are my hero - many blessings to you!!!

I agree, the price needs to be lowered on this product, but my lips feel great after use. I wish it would last longer tho, for this price, there should be more product.

I think I like the product so far, but hate to think of the finger prints to come. I was so disappointed in the case. Mine came with the product stuck to the morror instead of glued to the bottom of the case so I got some glue and repaired it. Should have returned it, but had already thrown away the box and wrappings. Regret spending so much for one item. Could have done much better at the grocery store.
