I agree w/the paint smell / Betty, TX10/3/2007 All the products I received, for the most part, are pretty good. However, this particular cleanser does smell like paint. I feel like I have to put something on my face afterwards to get rid of the smell, and I must say it doesn''t really cleanse that well. Very average. Please work on this product...the others are great. Thanks
glass is the problem / jw, OH9/26/2007 this cleanser works well, needs to be rubbed and washed off thoroughly. But PLEASE consider making these in plastic in the future, I have a small, overcrowded bathroom and the 2nd one just broke, the other one broke last year. I hate to keep ordering them because the glass keeps breaking
DISAPPOINTED / Leatrice9/23/2007 Silk Sensation Soothing Cleanser was very disappointing in the removal of make-up. I had to apply several times before my face was cleaned. If you are not removing makeup, it is ok.

I have combination skin and it''s extremely sensative to most skin cleansing products. I wet my face and rub the cleanser into my skin then wipe off with a warm wash cloth; I always use the toner. I find the three products not only healing but correcting my skin.
Good and Bad...7/18/2007 I received the total kits last week and starting to try it... I did not like this cleanser because like other customers said it doesn''t clean very well, so end up I have to use other product cleanser to clean it again... The toner was not bad and the day/night cream I haven''t trie yet, so I will try both of creams then decide to return it back or keep it.
I have to say that I like WeiEast''s packaging!
