I am surprised that as of 11/16/09 SSC did not see fit to halt production of the faulty pump and actually revise it, particularly as this has been repeatedly reported since '07!!!
Well, I ordered the product anyway, glutton for punishment and disappointment as many here, in hopes that "mine will be a walk in the part". I'll keep you all informed upon use (use being the underscored word here) of the product.

I just received my order and was excited to use my new product, but can't because the product won't come out of the bottle. I have pumped it 50 times and still nothing. I think Jennifer should change to soft tube container.
Going to send back and cancel auto ship!

Probably a good product but I will never know! The pump stopped working after about 5 uses. I cancelled my autoship because I don't want to have to keep paying to return defective items. What's the deal?

I read the reviews about the pump not working,and I thought by now with all the complaints they would have corrected the problem . but not so.I never got to even try mine because the pump never worked.
I tried 100 times to get it started
and it never would .So I gave up and I'm sending it back and canceled my auto ships. Wished I could have got the chance to try it.Please work on the pump,you are losing a lot of sale on what might be a great product!!!!!

I will not re-order this until the pump is redesigned. Once it has a new packaging, I will continue my auto-ship. It is a very frustrating thing - but the product works!
