Problems with Plump Delivery  / Gracie901, TX 1/17/2010
Like the products. Most of the products with a pump delivery system are problematic. Many are converted to tubes which is great. However, if you are on auto-delivery, you still receive defective pumps which have to be returned at your own expense. PLEASE convert the auto-delivery pumps to the new tubes. I have been on auto-delivery for a very long time with this product as well as the Supermel Serum and Replicate and Renew Serum (all pumps which have since converted to tubes). PLEASE take care of your loyal customers and replace the auto-delivery pump orders with the tubes. HSN did not respect my written request to replace the defective pump and credit my cost for shipping costs for returning the defective product.

I'm so mad at myself...even after reading all the warnings about the pump I ordered anyway. Got it today and guess what? The pump doesn't work so I have no idea whether or not this is a good product. This the the 6th SSC product in pump packaging that hasn't work ed and I've had to send them all back. Is anyone at SSC paying attention ? I love SSC but I will never order one their products that has a pump again. Sad - I was looking forward to using this....but ENOUGH! If I could give this a zero I would.

So far this is the best product for hyperpigmentation I ever had, geltle with the skin and WORKS my skin never look this good before even in my 20s I would love to have this cream in 2 oz tube

I am on auto-ship for this product. I like the way it immediately brightens my skin. I love the consistency. My only complaint is for the price they need to make it a 2oz bottel. Also, they need to get rid of the plastic pump. you can't get all the product out. They have changed most of these pump bottles to squeeze bottles by request. I hope they do this to the Candescence, and switch to a 2oz squeeze bottle; which cost less in materials than the fancy plastic pump. This small change would save them, the customers, and QVC money. Once the customers see the changes I listed, I think more people will be willing to buy the Candescence on it's own; not just in a value kit.

I have been using this product for almost a year and I could not live without it! It does exactly what is says it does plus some! Between this and a cheap tinted moisturizer I have eliminated the need for foundation and only need powder on my t-zone in the summer.
