I have used many of Serious Skincare''s products and this is the most disappointing one received. The pump wouldn''t work and even my husband couldn''t fix it. Upon opening the container I found almost zero eye cream. You can imagine my surprise. Customer Service was kind enough to send me a replacement; however, the product lasted me less than three months and no visible sign of improvement. At this price Serious Skincare is taking advantage of its customer''s and I think this is outrageous!

Yes, I agree with all the reviews...the pump is junk. Pumps out way too much product the first few pumps, then since it''s less than half-full to begin with, the cream doesn''t dispense at all. Just put it in a tube people! As for the eye cream, well, it''s ok. Not greasy, which is nice, but after 2 weeks I''ve noticed no improvement. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I''ve used SSC from way back, but never was very impressed the products. Still not.

I have to add to the chorus of reviewers who hate the pump on this. A big gush came out each time, and most of it ended up squirting either on my wall or bathroom floor, no matter how careful I was! They either need to make a more precise pump that dispenses only what you need for one use, or they need to rethink the whole pump idea and maybe go with a tube. The cream was nothing special. Sorry! I usually really like SSC products. This one went back.

Eye Creamerum is unlike any other eye cream I''ve used in the past. It''s ultra moisturizing, absorbs quickly, and doesn''t interfere with eye makeup application. I have sensitive eyes and only after a week my eye area is brighter, more firm and tiny lines seem to be disappearing. The cream is very rich so a jar perhaps would''ve been a better alternative to the current packaging but I just open the pump to get the cream. This eye cream is too good to be complaining over faulty pumps :-)

The product isn''t bad if you don''t mind taking the top off and stabbing yourself with the wick to apply. Am extremely disappointed in that I ordered after the last SSC visit when both the host and Jennifer assured us all that the pump was "fixed". Has seriously hurt their credibility with me.
