Good product but poor delivery / Victoria, CA

It is very hard to work the dispenser, and you need more then a pea size for your face. Could you please redo the delivery as you did with the coq10. Also what about DMAE in your products? I''m pretty sure this is comparable with the NP line and ALA and DMAE are both in it. Also the C turns orange after a while, how can that be stopped? Also what happened to the kits with this in it, that helped to justify the complaints. Really for $100 an ounce we should have all issues be addressed.

When I began pumping the bottle, nothing came out, so I assumed the pump was broken. After opening the bottle, there was HARDLY any product in it. It was very disappointing. I was leery to even order more from Jennifer from that point further, but I did, as I trust her and the passion she has for her products. I think my little amount of Super Creamerum was a manufacturer error. Still, I spent quite a bit of money on it. I am leery to even try it again as a new purchase.

I made the first purchase 6 weeks ago. Although I do have a hairpen in the bottle to get my daily dollop. This is a magnificent product. Wish some of you would give it a chance. I''m serious about it. I have two 1oz bottles tucked away for the next year of use. Having MS @ 43yrs makes me appreciate the products of SSC that keep me feeling beautiful.

I ordered the Super Creamerum Face and Eyes. The texture is wonderful and you don''t need a lot to cover your entire face. I have seen an improvement in the texure and glow of my skin and so have others. My only complaint about the products is the packaging. Once you are 1/2 way done with the product it becomes very difficult to pump it out. The eye cream pump dispenses too much cream. SSC needs to change the packaging and put it in a tube or a round container so it can be scooped out.
