CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE EVERYTIME... / SUE, NY2/6/2008 I RETURNED THE KIT WITH OTHER COSMETIC TO SAVE SHIPPING FEE. I ALWAY DID THAT AND NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE REFUNDS. THIS TIME I DIDN''T GET THE REFUND ON THIS KIT. CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE BIG DEAL BECAUSE I SENT IT TOGETHER WITH OTHER COSMETICS. I WAS SO UPSET, WE ARE TRYING TO SAVE ON SHIPPING WHICH I SPENT SO MUCH AND THEY GAVE ME A LECTURE ABOUT IT AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN NICE!!!
Im confused / al, AZ11/28/2007 Where in the world do they find these bags and cosmetic holders? Mystery fabric. The makeup bag stunk like bad rubber...the makeup however is pretty nice. Actually it was the gold shadow i really wanted but decided to just get the rest. I love the gold shadow. The lip glosses are ok...too sticky.
