Sending my bottle back Asap. That product was such a disappointment. It couldn''t come out of the pump. And when I used the straw to take some of the cream out, I put it on my face and it didn''t blend in completely. It was peeling. The consistency was strange. Do not waste your money!!!!

I use dna for the face every day now I received the new improved product you can not use the pump the cream is to thick so you have to use the straw to get the product out which is time consuming. Please make straw bigger ot the cream thinner

but HATE the packaging. impossible to get out. my time in the mornings is very limited and I just don't have the time to take forever to get it out of a totally useless pump. please thin it enough so it will pump easily! fraid I won't be buying it again otherwise. please take this sort of thing into consideration when you design packaging!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BOTH eye and face DNA. I can REALLY tell a difference and they are wonderful but I do have to agree they are thick and the face one is REALLY hard to pump out. The eye isn't too bad at all, I use both 2 X's per day! I noticed an improvement and LOVED it from day one when they first came out! I hope they are always available! I wrote a review on the eye DNA and am so glad that they are in bottles so they stay sanitary and don't get germs or go rancid from bacteria, but when they get to where they won't pump out I just take a CLEAN cosmetic spatula or Qtip and dip in just once (so I don't contaminate it) and take enough to use. That way I get to use it all up! I think it is one of the best products they have developed! I love them both and can tell a real difference!

I just ordered another bottle of this product hoping it had been thinned a little or put into a squeeze tube. I love the product, but I CANNOT get it to pump out of the jar. It is too thick. I have to dig it out with a popsickle stick. Please thin this product or put it in a squeeze tube. The next time I order a bottle can't pump it out, I will discontinue using this product.
