On autoship for a while now. Something''s different. The last two shipments had problems. First, the pump is useless. I have to transfer cleanser into another container. I can never get it all out of the original container, so I am losing product. Second- and most important-I think the formula has changed! The consistency of this shipment is thick. Very, very thick. Thicker than a body lotion consistency. Something is wrong. I am cancelling auto ship. Which is a shame because I love this product.

I''ve been using SSC Glycolic Cleanser for a VERY long time. I''m a loyal user of this cleanser. I LOVE IT!! Received my auto ship order yesterday. I have used SSC glycolic cleanser for 10 years now. It was great. I have to agree with the others. This product has changed. In the last several months my skin has started to break out again. Nothing has changed in my life, so it''s not that. The product does not seem as strong, and it''s just not cleansing the way it has in the past. I am looking for another product.

I recently went on auto ships for this, but after further research I had cancelled. My chief complaint is the percentage of glycolic acid used, again, I am finding your products expensive and small amounts of key ingredients. Sorry Jen, I have found a 10 percent glycolic acid with more ounces and less money...I''m pretty much done with your line...good luck

I too have received stinky product. I called and was told nothing had changed and was given no explanation for the bad smell. So I struggled through the odor and have used it for a few weeks now. I do not find the same results as in the past. Something has definitely changed! SSC has very loyal clients; the lack of respect they have demonstrated is very disappointing. It''s time they took responsibility for this problem. After using this for almost 10 years, I will be looking for a new cleanser.
