...I too have gotten some rancid ones, tho they came from e-bay. I am amazed it came from HSN. Hope you got you money back! Otherwise, I like it very much.Great lip balm and great for puppet lines.

This is the best lip balm for me. I love it. It works great.No more dried crack lips. Don't believe the other bad reviews this is an excellent product. I've been using this for a while and plan on never stopping. You just need to wipe the top off the stick to get it going. SSC please bring back the buy one get one deal.

I have used Serious Skin Products for years, so I thought I would try this stick since my lips get so dry in the winter. This is seriously like a glue stick - it's sticky, not smooth/soothing at all. I think the concept is great, but I am extremely disappointed and would discourage anyone else from ordering this product.

I have used this product for years and loved it. I just ordered and received four of these sticks. ALL FOUR smelled rancid and were so hard, they simulated a wax candle stick. You could not smooth any of ther product on your skin. I just packed them up to return. At this price; at ANY PRICE this should not be able to happen. This is pure JUNK. I refuse to believe that others have not experienced the exact same thing.
