Great at first.....

I was so excited when I put the black eyeliner on for the first time...it glided on so smoothly and boldly, and without irritation...LIKE NONE OTHER! But when I was outside in the heat, it was a mess..all around the outside of my eyes, like it melted or something...LIKE NONE OTHER! Not good for warm weather outdoors. But I will keep it for an indoor occasion because like I said, it went on beautifully.
