This order looked like it has been half used
before it was sent to me.It looked like an other customer sent it back and then it was sent to me.,It's going back. I thought that this product was what I was looking for as it was for mature skin. I didn't want to even try it after it looked like some one else poked in it.
Some one in HSN is not doing their job or
SERIOUS SKIN CARE IS BEING VERY CALLOUS with their customer service.

I have been using the SS Care Calstrum product for a week now. I love the serum and moisturizer, but the eye cream is extremely pasty.
Let's Fix that Pump Bottle!

After reading several reviews concerning the pump system on the Calstrum Intense Hydrating Serum, (some complaints were well over a year ago) I assumed by now it would have improved. However, after ordering the product I see that nothing has changed. When I tried to pump the serum out, nothing happened. When I removed the top there was no tube connected to it. I had to shake it to get it to the point where I could get some on my finger to apply it, and then when I put the top back on, the cap forced the cream out around the bottom of the cap. I have never bought a product that worked so poorly. I think the serum is great but I doubt that I will purchase this again unless I hear that the delivery system for this product has been improved.

Have ordered SSC for years. At 55 I decided maybe it was time to incorporate the Calstrum over 50 kit in my routine. Thought this would the end to my looking. Love the cream, and the serum once I got the kink out of the bottom of the pump tube. The eye cream though is what will make me cancel my autoship. It is decribed as velvety cream but it is anything but. I can't believe how thick and pasty it is. Impossible to put on. I guess I am back to looking!

I just received this. I tried the serum, it would not pump out of container. I removed top, the bottom portion of pump is not on. I dug around the bottle but can't get it out. PLEASE change packaging to a tube so you can at least use the product or change to another company for your packaging. I can't write a reveiw on the product at this time as I just received it. Overall I do like Serious Skin care products. The only reason I selected poor is because of the packaging.
