Pump Doesn''t Work / Jen, KS7/7/2008 The pump for the facial firmer does not work. The firmer dries up inside the spout after every use and clogs. Such a mess. Not crazy about the gritty peptides going onto the skin, either. Also, do not like using my fingernail to get the eye cream out of its very small jar, this needs a tube instead. Not worth re-purchasing for me.
Great products....but pumps don''t work / Kim, IA7/6/2008 These are some of the best products SSC makes. I could tell a difference in my skin almost overnight. I would''ve given 5 stars, but I ordered 3 of the TSV in April and 2 of the 3 pumps were broken on the Mel C. HSN will not return it because it was past the 3o days. I guess I can''t stock up on products anymore..which makes me sad. Please SSC make the pumps better. I give these items as gifts and it is embarrassing when they break.

Love the products, pumps never work6/26/2008 Love these products! This is my second order of the C products and Super Mel C. My skin is clear and glowing, never looked better (I''m in my mid 40s). I adore these products. The Super Mel C ''cocktail'' is my favorite, except for one thing. The pump does not work. Neither did my first bottle. Open the bottle and there is NO pump attached! Otherwise, the products are great.
frustrated / Candi, WA6/23/2008 I really love SSC and wanted to try the SuperMel C. The beauty cream felt like little granuels of sand on my face even after I rubbed it in my hand first. It just didn''t break down and I don''t like how it feels. The pumps didn''t work after the first few times and that really frustrated me. I was determined to get it all out and used a scewer to do it. So frustrating that I won''t buy it again until they come out with a better pump system.
