THE PADS SHOULD BE SWIMMING IN LIQUID AD ALOT MORE

The pads should be soaking in the solution they should be swimming in the liquid- Please over fill the pads with more liquid. (Read the reviews on the pads) biggest complaint to dry. This is a fantastic product but it needs more liquid. The other brands have their pads soaking in the liquid. When you decide to perfect the pads call them new and improved firming pads but don''t change the formula, then we will know there will be more solution inside of them. Thanks

I have been using these pads for 2 or 3 months every day. They truly keep my skin soft and smooth and my complection is clearer and brighter! Great product!

I''VE BEEN USING THESE PADS FOR QUITE AWHILE NOW AND THE FIRST BATCH WERE THIN AND SATURATED WITH PRODUCT. THEN I BOUGHT THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE AND NOTICED THAT ALOT OF THE PADS WERE THICK AND NOT SO MOIST. I JUST PURCHASED A NOTHER BUY 1 GET 1 FREE AND HOPE THE PADS AR NOT THICK AND A LITTLE DRY LIKE THE LAST ONES. I DO LOVE THE FRIMING FEELING BUT HEY JENNIFER DON''T GIVE US PADS THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING AROUND DRYING UP. IF THATS THE CASE AGAIN I WON''T BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE

I''ve used three other jars of the firming pads and reordered at this great buy one get one. I immediately opened both jars and they were the perfect moisture. Out of five jars, they have all been good. I''ll definitely reorder when needed.

These appear dry to touch and after using them, my skin feels quite dry and some what irritated. I have sent these back, but it has been two weeks and no refund. Have contacted customer service through email ,and no reply. If this happens much more, which this happened one other time, I will shop else where . Money should be returned
