Disappointed  / BBEC, AZ 10/20/2009

I was so excited to get these because I love everything from SSC. I was very disappointed that when I opened my containers they were bone dry! This would be a great product but Jennifer you need to saturate these pads! I will stick to my other brand of facial firming pads.

Another Great Glycolic Products....LOVE these!  / rematters, CA 10/20/2009

I agree with other ladies that they are not always saturated w/liquid, BUT you can add a bit of water or witch hazel to them, and you're good to go. I think this should be intergrated w/a Glycolic Kit....Jen, we're screaming for a FULL Glycolic "Customer Pick" Kit with Free S/H Auto Ship option! Cleanser, Pads, Serum, Mask & Moisturizer, Please!

BEST after cleansing Firming Pads!  / Utm8prncs, CA 10/19/2009

I have tried MANY Firming Pads! SO many were sticky, drippy, tacky or didn't work under makeup! I LOVE these SO much I HAD to be on Auto Ship! I use them 2 x's day and with the R&R and a few other products, and people can't believe my skin OR MY AGE! I went through menopause and thought I had to use different products and my skin wasn't "happy"! I finally came to my senses and BACK TO SSC! NOW, at a little over 56 people ask me in frustration, " Why don't you have any wrinkles?!!", And your sun spots are lighter!' Needless to say, It is part of my "Desert Island" must have product case! Thank you SO much for this HUGE pad! It is SO great to use instead of those other little ones. Don't forget the backs of your hands!

I HAVE TO AGREE...DRY, DRY, DRY!!!  / mybestpal022508, CA 10/2/2009

LADIES, PLEASE TRY: As annoying as it is to open what should be a fresh jar of pads just to find them dry, try pouring witch hazel in them so you are able to at least use them. Smell is not great, but it does help! Only 1 jar was OK 4 me. The rest from kits & 2 for 1's were dry, so it's back to the nice & very saturated pads from the other channel. Sometimes I wonder if SSC ever listens to their many complaints!!
