I ordered 2 kits in January that included the A Butter. I have had this product before and loved it. It was the main reason for ordering the kits. When I opened the first one, it smelled so terrible that I was sure it was spoiled. The second one was just as bad.I called Serious Skin Care and was told that a new company was making the product and this was the way it now smelled so to just use it. No thanks!

I put the body butter on my hands at night and when it dried my hands also felt dry. I applied some more but they never felt moisturized. The next morning my hands looked like they were so dried out and not moist at all. The texture of the butter when it dried was almost that of dried toothpaste. The smell of the butter is more of an odor than a fragrance. Save your money! I've sent it back along with the kit it came in.

I really liked all the SSC products I have tried in the past year from their different lines except the A body butter. Got this as part of a large kit I bought during the January presentation. I have used body butters from various other brands; so I know they are supposed to be heavier than body creams but this one did not absorb well and left my skin feeling very sticky. Besides, the scent was not pleasant at all; smelled like an expired product. Not worth the $24.50 price tag in my opinion.

I've tried this butter and the B butter and like them both. Very moisturizing without being heavy or greasy.
