Best brushes I've ever used. They don't pull and hurt the scalp but give the feel a gentle scalp massage. I use the small brush on my little pomapoo. She doesn't squirm and pull away when I brush her hair, she apparently enjoys the massage feeling too.

These brushes feel great on the scalp and mines did not smell at all. They also feel good going through my hair.

These are nice brushes, BUT......from the moment I opened them there is such a smell to them , almost nauseatingly so ! But I thought, surely the smell will go away in time so I kept them. I've had them several months now,and they still smell just as bad as the day I got them !! I have tried EVERYTHING from soaking them in baking soda water to using Febreze on them.nothing has worked ! And the worst part is that when I brush my hair then my hair smells like the brushes do ......its awful........

I am back for another set of these brushes, my husband has long hair too and so I gave him the big one and decided I would like to have one also. I can always use another set when I go somewhere I can throw it in my over night case and leave it there if I want. The travel brush is perfect for the handbag, and the round brushis nice and big for relaxing curls. These are very nicely made and I have not experienced any smell.

The brushes were just what I wanted but the smell was so dreadful that I could not keep them.

I tried washing them (more than once), spraying them with hair spray, fabreeze, perfume, etc. The smell was so bad that it filled the bathroom and drifted into the bedroom. Like another person said, it also would leave the smell in your hair!

I really wanted these brushes and truly tried everything for days, but nothing would lessen the terrible odor.
