LOVE IT UNTL IT BROKE6/23/2008 I had just finished using this product. I was taking the brush off to clean it and the middle shaft that helped hold the bursh on broke. I can not send it back of course it did not break until the 30 days was gone.
Too harsh for me... / Claudia, GA6/4/2008 I tried both settings - they both felt the same - and it was too harsh for my skin. I like the concept of a facial brush but instead of it being enjoyable to use I found it quite unpleasant. My cheeks were sore and red afterwards and I wasn''t even applying much pressure. I exfoliate daily and do a home peel weekly plus I use Retinol at night so maybe my skin is more sensitive than others. Sorry Pretika and HSN but I''m returning this system and sticking to what already seems to be working for me.
Miracle Product / Upper East Side, NY5/30/2008 I have been using it for 2 weeks and my face looks so fresh and so firm. The cream smells so good, almost like lemon. My face normally breaks out around the neck and cheek area and I have not broken out in pimples and I have no more black heads. For those who say that their skin has broken out, it is probably because it is cleaning deep inside the skin & all the impurities are coming out. It is a wonderful tool. I am so happy I decided to give it a try. You can''t lose if you try it.

This is a tool that cleans and firms like no others. I use my Q10 facial wash and cream for firming and tea tree facial wash to clean the brush after using. No breakout problems ever!
