THIS NEW FORMULA NOT AS LUXURIOUS OR FRAGRANT AND NOT AS CREAMY AS ORIGINAL SHEA BUTTER BATH SHOWER CREME WAS. ORIGINAL FORMULA LOOKED LIKE WHITE LOTION WHEN CAME OUT OF THE PUMP CONTAINER. THE NEW ONE DOES NOT FEEL AS SILKY AND ISN'T WHAT I EXPECT FROM IBB. I WON'T RETURN IT, BUT WILL NOT REORDER AGAIN. STILL LOVE MUCH OF THE THINGS I TRY, BUT DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS WONDERFUL ORIGINAL WAS CHANGED.

This product is wonderful. I bought this for myself then decided to give my mother one. She is 90 years old and lives in a nursing home. The nurse's aide said she loves it and so did the aide who helps her shower. That made the purchase perfect. I look forward to trying the new double latte with rice milk products now.

I like how gentle this new cleanser is and it seems to work synergistically with the new Shea Butter w/SAM body cream very well, the end result is the most hydrated skin I've ever experienced, wonderful products, thank you!
