The Best Toner There Is!5/14/2008 I am 69 and have used just about every toner there is on the market. So glad I decided to buy this one as it really soothes my face where the others seemed to leave it feeling dry. Love the scent which is not over powering. Multifaceted product / , AZ2/19/2008 Not only is the Black Rice Toning Lotion an excellent toner, you can use it to firm your eye area or you can blend a few drops of it with creams for easier application or you can add some to an almost empty bottle of product to be able to use the remainder of that product and know that you are not diluting the effectiveness. This has great ingredients!

My eyes always tend to look tired with dark circles, after using this product I noticed that the dark circles went away and my entire face just looked brighter. Definately worth trying!!
