I purchased this product, however I found that the concealer is creamy, but when it got hot out, concealer started to fade, run! Am I doing something wrong?

Going to send back due to sweating and product not holding.

Very disapppointed. On TV looked great they said all sorts of things, found out did not work for me like they said it would. Last comment said concealer changed no idea, b ut really different than TV for me.

This product used to be wonderful! The under eye concealer used to be very creamy and now it is hard and dry. I use the Light and with this new formulation all three colors are much darker than the original product. It also has a weird smell to it now that it never had before. I was sooooooo disappointed to find that this product isn't at all what it used to be. Mine is going back. PLEASE, bring back the original. It was the best concealer ever!

Morgen, please bring back the ORIGINAL formulation of this product, it was the best concealer out there! I was using this concealer for years & loved the original formula's coverage! The new formula is cakey, dry, & doesn't provide coverage like the original formulation did. I don't feel the new formulation is worth the money because the results are not up to par. If the original formulation comes back, & hopefully it will, I'll be back on board & buy a ton of it! Sending my order back :(

I get more compliments when I were this.
I have used this since Morgen first came on HSN.
When she returned back to HSN from being off it for sometime I reordered and found the Eye Concealer cream to be very very dry, almost the same as the other two face concealers. The eye concealer in the past was very creamy and allowed the eye area to never look wrinkled half way thru the day.
Maybe its being made by another blending company?
I hope Morgen notice this and corrects it.
