NEEDS IMPROVEMENT5/14/2008 UNFORTUNETLY THE SHADOW PENCIL RUBBED RIGHT OFF, WELL I SHOULD SAY SMEARED RIGHT OFF,AND THE LINER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WATER PROOF BUT THAT DID THE SAME THING.SO I DID HAVE TO SEND THIS ITEM BACK.I DODT LIKE TO RETURN COSMETICS BUT NOTHING IN THIS KIT WORKED AS DESCRIBED.
