this is wonderful as it evens out your skin tone. I am medium complection...I do not think if would be good on darker skin tones.

Too pale  / BEAUMONTGIRL, MI 1/30/2010

I have fair skin and ordered this hoping it wasn't too dark but it's the opposite, this makeup is so light it makes me look like a ghost. Also, after a couple hours of wearing it begins to sink into my not so perfect pores and wrinkles, accentuating them. I have a couple of tubes of this, unfortunately, I started out on auto-delivery and forgot about it. I kept it just in case I changed my mind but everytime I try it I get the same results. Now I've canceled this order. Love several other M. Asam products, great line, just not this one.

Too dark, need more color choices  / kRaya, VA 1/22/2010

I tried this on yesterday when I opened the package. Only, I tried it on top of my Illuminare makeup. It looked okay at first. But, this morning, I used it alone with cheap-looking results. Looks orangey, like I chose a bad drug-store makeup. It was rather embarrasing because I threw it on before I went to do a project for my internship in a school. I was in a hurry and had to use it on top of my SPF because the M. Asam doesnt' contain any. So, I'm on the way home after completing the project, and I used the mirror on my sun visor to check out the performance of the cream.......my first words were, "What the???????" Need more color choices and an SPF. Will have to send this back. Not having much luck lately with the HSN skin products. Will give a few other lines a whirl before I go on hiatus. I gave it 2 stars because I like the finish, if it were only the right color.
