For me this works. I just wrote Linda M. to put it in a bigger bottle and add a pump dispenser for her October visit at HSN. She loved the idea of it. It does smell strong like 'mint'... Its very cooling as most comments say...It helps my legs alot when applied and you have to focus on the backside of your legs in the knee area. I apply before I go to bed and 1 time during the night when I wake to go to the bathroom. I have RLS for 3 years now and this product does 'calm' my legs to where I do not have to stretch my legs before falling asleep.... but everyone will have different responses to it. I hope it works for you !!

This product made my legs MORE restless; I could hardly fall asleep after using it. The cooling effect was very short-lived. More of a liquid than a gel, it came out of the bottle quickly. I'm glad it helped others, but it wasn't helpful for me.

Had a cooling effect but disappeared quickly. Did nothing for me and I don't know why some like the smell, I thought it was unpleasant and overpowering, so did my husband. Sorry Elysee.

One star for cooling a short while but that's all.

This leg therapy is a Godsend!! I have rls and for years it woke me up only to keep me awake. I just used it last night and as soon as you apply this wonderful smelling gel it instantly relieves your legs of that restless feeling and I was able to get back to sleep!! Thank you Linda for this wonderful product! No more wakeful nights trying to get comfortable to go to sleep!
