I agree with the previous comments- this pad does not get hot enough. Barely luke warm, actually. Plus, the only instructions I received were from the pictures on the box! It was difficult to dampen without being afraid that I would accidentally get the power cord adapter wet. I ended up sitting in a puddle anyway. I guess I don''t have the best "dampening" skills. Also, very difficult to use on my shoulder, which is why I bought this product in the first place.

Very disappointed. Nothing new. Im sure you can find something similar in stores for MUCH cheaper. Absolutely does NOT get hot enough...needs another one or two settitngs like others have. Over clothes, it is hardly effective. Whats with the no sit, lay or crush? I got very tired standing in the middle of the room so it will have to go back. Too expensive to collect dust in the closet. HSN: Too many inferior products being sent out lately...we need to say NO more, we deserve better!

Like another review stated,the high setting just isn''t hot enough-it should have one hotter.I also don''t like the fact that it says not to lay on it(what?!)or fall asleep with it. Aside from the elastic on the lumbar back portion,where there should be more heat pad instead,the design is nice- washable,long cord and auto shut off.I''m not sure if I''ll keep this,due to it not getting hot enough,but I might for the other features.This model could use some improvement- especially for the price.

Great Concept - A Wrap Around Heating Pad!! / Karen, CA

I have fibromyalgia with chronic pain, especially in my lower back. I was happy to have found a heating pad that you can wrap around rather than one in which you have to lie down on. It is nice to use at the computer, watching TV and even is better to lie down with, because the heat can penetrate even better. Love that it is machine washable, has a 10-ft cord and shuts off after an hour. Highly recommend!!

What a perfect heating pad! How great to be functional and active while wearing it. I sit at the computer, do dishes, clean house, and just about anything else I want to, while getting the soothing heat. It''s made a big difference for me in managing my time and being more functional w/ my chronic low back pain . No more down time lying on my old heating pad, and I love how this one seems to heat up almost immediately!!! It''s really soft too. I''m so glad I saw this. You won''t be disappointed.
