Fair product....but6/26/2008 saw no visual results with these serums....& way too expensive. These were raved about so I just had to try them. After a week, I saw nothing and I didn''t like the feel of my skin after nor the smell.
Love this AM serum! / Joanne, CA4/9/2008 This serum is wonderful! It absorbs so quickly and is not greasy as others can be. I use it on my entire face including under my eyes and my skin has responded well. To the other reviewer - I was told by a Sephora employee that the only diff. between AM & PM is that the PM has Retinol (too harsh for me). I''m sticking with the AM for night use. The PM is clearly marked Megadose -PM and the AM just says Megadose. Cosmedicine''s exfoliator is the BEST product in their line!!!!
Fabulous Product! / Jean, SC3/26/2008 This magic serum, along with the daily moisturizer, eye cream, and exfoliation lotion, have changed my complexion like day and night. It is smoother, pores seem to be disappearing, it glows. Would like to know difference between AM and PM tho, and which one I have. Can anyone help?

As former reviews have said, there is a vitamin smell, but does disapate within a few minutes. My skin feels less tight, fine lines have been reduced & my complexion has evend out. Worth the money.
